Before you slide into our DMs, check below. We operate a little differently than standard stores, so read up.
THE "MADE-TO-ORDER" PROCESS
How does Gawd.au work? We operate on a made-to-order model. We don't have a dusty warehouse full of stock waiting to expire.
When you hit "buy," that order goes straight to our printing partners, and they craft your specific item just for you. This means zero waste and brand-new gear every time.
Where is my gear made and shipped from? We are proudly Australian-owned, but we use a global network of premium print providers to get your gear made.
Depending on what you ordered and where you live, your item might be printed in Australia, the USA, Europe, or Asia. We route your order to the closest facility that has the stock and capability to print it to our standards.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to get my gear? Because everything is made to order, you need a little patience. Quality takes time.
Here is the formula: Production Time + Shipping Time = Delivery.

Production: Usually takes 2–5 business days for them to print and quality check your item. (This can be longer during peak holiday times).

Shipping: Once it leaves the printer, standard shipping times apply based on your location.

Rough estimate: Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of ordering, but it can vary based on where it's being printed.

Can I track my order? Yeah, absolutely. As soon as the printer finishes your item and slaps a label on it, you’ll get an email with tracking info.
My order arrived in two different packages. What’s the deal? Since we use different specialist printers for different items (e.g., one for tees, another for mugs), if you order multiple different things, they might ship separately from different locations. Don't stress, the rest is on the way.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? Because every single item is custom-printed specifically for you when you order it, our return policy is strict. Please read this carefully.
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or sizing errors. If you simply changed your mind, or if you ordered a Medium but realized you needed a Large, we cannot take it back. We can’t resell a custom item.
We DO offer full replacements or refunds for faulty items. If the gear arrives damaged, the print is messed up, or we sent you the wrong size/item entirely, that’s on us.
How do I report a faulty item? If you received a dud, email us at cs-team@gawd.au within 30 days of delivery. Crucial: You must attach clear photos of the issue (e.g., the misprint or damage) and a photo of the packing slip. We will get a replacement sent out immediately or issue a refund.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
Since I can't return for wrong size, how do I get the right fit? Don't guess. Measure twice, order once.
Every product page has a distinct Size Guide. Do not assume a "Large" here is the same as a "Large" from another brand. Grab your favourite fitting tee at home, measure it flat, and match it to our charts.
What does "Gawd tier" actually mean if it's dropshipped? It means we vetted the blanks. We use premium providers (like Printify's top-tier partners) that use quality cottons and superior printing tech (like high-quality DTG).
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? You have a very, very small window. Because orders are automatically routed to the printer to begin production ASAP, we usually only have about 1-2 hours to catch it before it's locked in.
If you need to change something, email us immediately with "URGENT CHANGE" in the subject line. If production has started, it's yours.
I got hit with customs fees. Do you cover that? No. While we try to route orders to printers in your region to avoid this, sometimes international shipping is unavoidable. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred at your country's border are the responsibility of the customer.

This brand is my canvas. It’s where I take the iconic imagery of Australia—our birds, our landscapes, our colors—and clash them with the raw energy of urban street art. It’s about breaking the rules of what Australian fashion "should" look like.
